Symptom

  • Jobs started running very slow
  • All jobs are running slow
  • Poor job performance
  • All jobs have started taking an exceptionally long time to run
  • No changes were made to the environment
  • Takes over a minute between a dataflow stopping and the next dataflow starting
  • Dataflows are taking a long time to start
  • Delay in starting the next dataflow in a job
  • In the Trace log we can see that after one dataflow stops it takes over a minute to start the next dataflow
  • Resource utilization appears to be low during this delay between dataflows
