It is desired to have the "Add to Learning History" search result list sorted by user name.

In the Learning admin side, click:

1. Manage User Learning > Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses > Magnifying glass from the "User ID" field >
2. Search for the desired users > It is not possible to sort the "User Name" column.

The system is working as expected. It is not possible to have the "User Name" column sorted, in the "Add to Learning History" feature.

It is possible to have this behavior changed in the main Learning admin user search (People > Users > User search result list).  This one can be modified and the sort by user name will be available. With it, it is also necessary to have in mind that the Learning system will sort the results of the search in the same order of the main user search page.

It would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.

It would also be possible to request the engagement of the SAP team who delivers professional services to have the scenario evaluated.
