But the request payload triggered from Cloud for Customer doesn't have any data passed for below fields,
RecipientSalesOrganizationID, RecipientSalesOfficeID and RecipientSalesGroupID
This leads to prices not calculated successfully as ERP/S4 systems rely on complete Sales Area to determine prices.
