2680348 - Workflow Buttons in Mobile App is not visible - Employee Central

Symptom

Workflow Buttons such as Update and Resubmit are not visible in Mobile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Mobile App

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open SuccessFactors Mobile Application.
 2. Go to Pending Workflow Requests.
 3. Open a Sent Back Workflow Only Withdraw Button is available.

Resolution

The Update button is not supported in all Workflow Types in Mobile because the Mobile UI does not support the Update Page.

As for Send Back workflows, if the initiator cannot do update, there is no point to have "Resubmit" button. And when a User resubmits, it will have a Workflow Confirmation Pop-up which includes the Workflow Participants list and Comment Area shows up. However, the Mobile UI cannot support this popup. So, we hide Update and Resubmit bottom in Mobile and OData.
