2680357 - Product Not Picked Up in Cyclic Product Count Runs

You have added a Storage Location/Storage Group in the Cyclic Product Count document for which the system needs to create an automated count document. In the count document created you see that a few products in the Storage Location/Storage Group is not available.

SAP Business ByDesign, ByD, SAP ByD

1. Go to Physical Inventory work center
2. Navigate to Monitoring view and choose the sub-view By PI Count Document
3. Search for the relevant PI Count Document ID, select it and choose the Edit button.
4. Select the Count Items tab.

You see that there are a few products in the Storage Location/Storage Group which are not visible in the count document.

The products that are not visible in the count document does not have any inventory in the system. If there is atleast one quantity of stock available the cyclic product count document will pick up the product for counting. If you add the product directly in the cyclic product count the system will not pick up the product for counting.
