2680458 - Get System Alias Not Found error while opening the Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • When open the Fiori launchpad, get the error "Failure - Unable to load groups"
  • In the Chrome developer tool(press F12), there is an error:
    "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/PersContainers(category='P',id='flp.settings.FlpSettings')?: HTTP request failed Details: System alias '' does not exist
