How to change the order of fields in a Background portlet in People Profile?

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration > Select Employee Profile.
   
   
2. Select the Background Element you wish to change. (for example "certificates" has been selected below)
   
   
   
3. Beside the Data Fields there are arrows which you can use to change how the fields display in the portlet.
