2680608 - The Mobilink component of the SMP OData server is not starting successfully.

• Offline OData users cannot connect to the SMP server.
• SAP Mobile Platform  is not listening on port 2439, which is the Mobilink port for offline Odata requests.
• SMP Server log shows:

• A second symptom for the Mobilink component not starting may be the error below:
  
  NOTE: This error is seen in the command window when starting SMP using go.bat.  At this time some errors are not displayed in the server log.
