2680678 - Activation of DDL sources ABR_KF_CAT_ALERT and ABR_CAT is failed.

Symptom

Addon installation started with SUM tool or in transaction SAINT from SAP Basis 740 013 or lower and the upgrade stopped. Activation of DDL sources ABR_KF_CAT_ALERT and ABR_CAT is failed.

The error is similar to "SQL-error 923-ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected".
