2680735 - Hours Are Not Getting Refreshed Time Sheet UI.

On entering the Time Sheet hours per day, it is not refreshed correctly in the UI.

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Time Sheet

• Navigate to Time Sheet UI.
• Enter Duration(Clock time) for a day(say 8:30 hours).
• The 8:30 hours are not reflected in the Total.

This is due to one or more custom field(s) made as mandatory in the time sheet UI.

• Firstly, it is not recommended to have a custom field in the Time Sheet to be made as mandatory.

• Secondly, if you have configured it as mandatory, then the way to proceed is to fill all the required fields (including the ones hidden in the details link) and after that add the duration. The reason is that the time valuation is performed only after the required fields are entered with a value.
