2680769 - Incorrect IQ report

Symptom

IQ report downloaded from LMS UI is related to a different LMS instance.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Learning Administration >
  2. Go to System Administration >
  3. Environment >
  4. Click 'Download IQ report' >
  5. Check the content of the pdf file and notice that in 'SuccessFactors LMS Product Installation Details', the Schema Name is pointing to another LMS instance.

Cause

The instance was refreshed, hence the IQ report was overwritten with the IQ report of the source instance.

Resolution

Contact SAP Customer Support to request for replace the current report with the correct IQ report into your instance.
