2680786 - How to Find the External Code of an Employee Time / Leave Request

The external code for employee times are not visible on the UI.

You may need this if you want to search further details in Admin Center > Manage Data > Employee Time.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central > Time Off

As per the current product design, there is no option in SuccessFactors that displays this information.

However, in order to find the external code for a leave request , you can follow the below steps;

1. While on the Administer Time > 'Absences' page, press F12 on the keyboard. Alternatively, you can right click the mouse on any blank space on the page. Then click on 'Inspect'.
2. Select the absence in the 'Absences' tab, so that the details window pops up.
3. Select the Network tab > Choose the line that starts with "genericObjectController..." > Payload tab > Scroll down to the second last row > You will see the external code. It will appear under the row named 'Employee Time'.

       E.g., c0-param0=string:EmployeeTime
                 c0-param1=string:7eb1e944ab604f0c91ca5b28ad8e33a5
