2680832 - FB Confirm. returns "Mandatory stop 10 was not confirmed by carrier" in SAP Transportation Management

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management with a Freight Booking (FB) where the FB type has customizing with Service Definition > Consolidation (Source) maintained as Without Consolidation.
  • In the FB Stages, a stage with category Pre-Carriage defines a pick-up Source Location.
  • The carrier confirms the FB via inbounds TransportationOrderBookingConfirmation_In message that includes the Pre-Carriage stage.
  • However, the message returns error:

    Mandatory stop <x> was not confirmed by carrier 451(/SCMTMS/TOR)
     
    where <x> is the stage number.
