2680853 - TUDF recreate fails during ASE upgrade - SAP ASE for Business Suite

SAP ASE upgrade to ASE 16 SP03 PL04 from ASE 160 SP02 PL0X on SAP systems fails with below error message.

The upgrade is done via saphostctrl (per SAP Note 1982469)
