How to nominate or send an award using Rewards and Recognition Spot Awards in Mobile

Login

1). After the feature has been enabled (How to enable Mobile Features) ensure that users have the correct permissions based on their roles. More information in 2834652 - Rewards & Recognition - Tips and Tricks.

2). Download the SuccessFactors Mobile Application using your mobile phone / tablet and go to Settings > Mobile from your instance to login.

How to Send an Award

"Send Award" can be found under 1). the "Team" tab (if you are a manager)

and 2). under the Employee's Profile upon clicking the three dots (at the upper right hand side corner of the page)

Click the "Send Award" button to start.

1). Sending of an award from Team tab - you will search and select the person you want to nominate or give an award to, click the 'Next' button.

2). Sending of an award from the Employee's Profile - the person is auto selected (you can add another award recipient), click the 'Next' button.

Select the Spot Award Program you want the award to come from, click the 'Next' button. Note: Budget bar is only available if you are a budget holder

Select Award Category, click 'Next', select Award Level, click 'Next'.

Here in the 'Enter Details' page, you will review the award you wanted to give. You may change the Award Amount (if configured to be changeable) and Add Message to the Recipient. Click 'Send' button to send the award.

Note

Please ensure the employees who are nominating their peers have the permission to search for users. This under General Permissions of managing roles.
