Symptom

  • Change Documents / Status History is not available for an inspection lot.
  • In transaction QA02 / QA03 in screen 'Display Status' the menu options 'For status' and 'All' is greyed out under 'Change Documents'. The indicator 'ChangeDocuments' is inactive:

  • For the inspection lot, there is no entry in table JCDS.
