After 2018 Q2 release, when you go to Employee Profile, under background elements, you found for some attachments the 'Last Updated' date is changed to a date post April (for example 04/11/2018) unexpectedly.
Similarly, when you go to Admin Center>Manage Documents, the last updated date for those attachments are also changed.
