2681402 - IBP: Key Figure value changes after edit and save and currency conversion is involved

• A change is made to a stored key figure at the base plan level of the key figure.
• The base planning level of the key figure includes Currency as a root attribute.
• When the change is saved and the data refreshes in the planning view, the value displayed is different than the value that was input.

Note: for this kba, assume the base planning level is Month, Product, Location and Currency.  However, this situation can apply to any other set of root attributes.
