2681458 - Error happens when setting the alternative qualification

The error message 'The scales for 1 Qualification are not the same as the scale for "****"' is raised when assigning an alternative qualification through transaction code OOQA.
 
"****" is the qualification to which the alternative qualification is assigned.

When there are multiple alternative qualifications assigned at the same time, the error may be adjusted as 'The scales for N Qualifications are not the same as the scale for "****"', when more than one alternative qualification are problematical.

N here refers to the number of problematical alternative qualifications, for example 4 as in screenshot above.
