2681486 - Tooling workbench does not work properly

In Tooling workbench (AXONX/TLM) tools are issued and returned against maintenance orders and are essential for carrying out maintenance activities as well as for dismantling and assembly processes. It has its own Tooling Goods Issue/Return function as well as reporting.

Although it seems at the second round of TLM for the same order/tool the system correctly create two additional lines + and -1 in the order if we check though IW33, but the movements are posted on in the wrong line/reservations (the first two and not the added ones).
