Symptom

  • When clicking on an application in Fiori, an error message appears: "Could not open app. Please try again later"
  • In browser console log (F12) the error appears:  Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #<targetmapping>: failed to load 'sap/nw/core/applogs/lib/reuse/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20171109155700~/sap/nw/core/applogs/lib/reuse/library.js: 404 - NOT FOUND sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller
