2681961 - How to set Copying Rules for Item Texts in PR, PO SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Requirement is to configure the Item Level Texts in Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) (to allow access, lockdown or allow specific access to the Text fields).

Accessing the specific rules section in SPRO / Customizing, it can be helpful to know the specific sequence to allow changes to the following:
