2682026 - Cannot Output RFQ

You released a RFQ with an attachment, but you find the output status is Error.

SAP Business ByDesign All Versions

1. Go to Sourcing and contracting work center.
2. Open Requests for Quotation view
3. Open RFQ ABC (ABC refers to the RFQ ID)
4. Navigate to Output History, the status is Error.
5. Open the error, you can see details:
   An output error occurred:
   No delivery to DEF (DEF refers to the receiver's email address).

Please check if the size of the attachment is over 10 MB.

There is no particular limitation on the size of attachment inside RFQ.

However, when you output RFQ via email, there is a limitation of 10MB.

As a workaround, if the size of the attachment is too big, you can upload the attachment to external netdisc and attach the URL in the RFQ.
