2682052 - Do Not Send Option Missing When Edit Output Setting

Symptom

When you edit the output setting for a document, you find that the Do Not Send option is missing.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

This applies to all documents. Take Purchase Order as an example.

  1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
  2. Open Purchase Orders view.
  3. Open any purchase order in status of In Preparation.
  4. View all, click You Can Also: Edit Output Settings for Created PO.
    Do Not Send option is not available.

Cause

Do Not Send option is not scopted in the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Implementation Projectsview.
  3. Select the current project, click Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to step 4: Question
  5. Expand Communication and Information Exchange>>Business Process Management:  Process-Integrated Input and Output Management
    Group:Do Not Send option for Document Output: Do you want to disable automatic printing?
  6. Check the box and go to the last step, click Finish to reflect the change.
