2682086 - Mandatory Date filter / Required Parameters / Default Date Range filters at Run time in Report Canvas / ORD reports for the Learning Sub Domain Schema

All ORD / Report - Canvas reports built with the Learning Sub Domain Schema display a Date Range filter with 'From Date' and 'To Date' while being executed.
(Run time filters)
These filters cannot be removed.
The date fields relevant to these filters depend on the source schema used in the report.
