2682183 - Lead Distribution Rule is Not Working

Owner is not determining in lead based on lead distribution rule

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter
2. Go to the Leads view
3. Click on New button to create new lead
4. Enter the mandatory fields and require fields as per lead distribution rule

You can see that owner is not determined as per lead distribution rule even 'Use Rule for Lead Assignment' step is activate in determination of involved parties in fine-tune.

There is an empty row in rule which means all conditions are satisfied and owner is not determined.

The rules execute sequentially and once a match is found next set of rules are not processed.

This is an expected behavior.

Please remove the empty rule, if it is not required or keep the empty row in last in the lead distribution rule.
