2682200 - How To: Add a Task to a Visit

Symptom

You want to add a Task to a Visit but when clicking the Add button, you cannot add a task; the Add Dialog is blank.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
  2. Open any Visit.
  3. Go to the Tasks tab.
  4. Click the Add button.

Result: the Add dialog is blank and you are unable to add a Task.

Cause

If the Activity Planner Routing Rules are set up correctly, the Add button will show available Tasks.

The option to create a new Task is available by selecting the More button.

Resolution

To add a Task, please use the More button and then click New.

  1. Follow the steps 1-3 as above.
  2. Click More > New.
