Worksheets creation fail with "Error : Creating Compensation plan for user Id : XX , username : XX due to duplicate plan" even though the compensation template doesn't have any worksheets.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the compensation template > Launch worksheets
2. The job completes successfully but the job response shows none/few worksheets created. The job response shows Error : Creating Compensation plan for user Id : XX , username : XX due to duplicate plan.
Cause
The duplicate error appears if the name of the worksheets you want to launch is already the name of the previous worksheets launched for this users.
Resolution
Launch worksheets with a different name to avoid running into duplicate plan error.
