When is Recruiting Interviewer Notifications triggered compared to Upcoming Interview Notification?

Recruiting Interviewer Notification → For Interview Central Only

1. Go to Job Application → Set up Interview
2. Add Interviewer and select time → Email triggers
3. Notification is sent from E-mail Notification Templates → Recruiting Interviewer Notification 

Recruiting Interviewer Notification

"Recruiting Interviewer Notification" is configured through Admin Center > Email Notification Templates Settings.

This notification is used when using Interview Central, and Interview Scheduling is NOT enabled. 

It is sent out to the interviewers as soon as an interview is set up through "Set up Interviewers" in the candidate application.

Please note that this template cannot be disabled.

Upcoming Interview Notification

"Upcoming Interview Notification" is configured through Admin Center > Recruiting Email Triggers.

This notification will be used only in the case of Interview Scheduling.

It is sent out to the interviewers as soon as a deleted job requisition is restored, and there are upcoming interviews on the restored job requisition.
