Symptom

While trying to import a component into a queue/system on CMS, but you get the following message has already been imported into the

Component (Vendor/Name/Location/Counter [...]) specified in the file (/usr/sap/trans/CMS/inbox/[component].SCA) has already been imported into the system (Domain/Name <SID>/<track>) in a higher version.
