2682336 - 'Development Objectives' and '%' Displaying in the Position Card

How to control the display of 'Development Objectives' and '%' fields in the Position Card, Nomination Section in the Succession Org Chart?

1. Go to Succession Org Chart
2. Click on Position
3. Add Successor
4. Search for and select a successor

These fields are from Career Development, and are controlled as follows:

1. The 'Development Objectives' in the Successor Card, comes from CDP. You can remove this field, by removing the permission in RBP for Career Development access. However, this will also mean that users can no longer access the Development Plan.
2. The '%' field = visibility for this can be removed via the Career Worksheet XML (for Partners and Support). You need to set the viewdefault to off. E.g.:

    <field-definition id="readiness_meter" type="percent" required="false" detail="true" viewdefault="off"

Note: setting the viewdefault to 'off' means that the percentage graph will also not appear in the Career Worksheet. You will also have to remove the 'readiness meter' from the 'read' permission in the xml.

    3. To remove a users access to the Recommended Successors section, you can remove the permission for 'Recommended Successors' in RBP > 'Career Development Planning'.

• Users with the 'Recommended Successors' permission will be able to view the Recommended Successor section on the Succession Org Chart position card. Recommended Successors are calculated using user's competency ratings. Only users in target population of this role will be visible in this section of the Succession Org Chart
• This is the current system behavior. For customers using CDP Full, turning the features off is not recommended as it will reduce the Development module's functionality.
