2682384 - IllegalArgumentException when starting Data Hub on Tomcat v9.0.9, v8.5.32, v8.0.53 & v7.0.89 and Later

Symptom

On the following versions of Tomcat; v9.0.9, v8.5.32, v8.0.53, v7.0.89 and later according to the Changelist, Data Hub will not start. It will throw an IllegalArgumentException.

It will throw an IllegalArgumentException:

SEVERE [localhost-startStop-1] org.apache.tomcat.util.descriptor.web.WebXmlParser.parseWebXml Parse error in application web.xml file at [file:/path/apache-tomcat-8.5.32/webapps/datahub-webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml]
 org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: file:/path/apache-tomcat-8.5.32/webapps/datahub-webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml; lineNumber: 47; columnNumber: 37; Error at (47, 37) : Lookup-name values must explicitly reference the java: namespace but [datahub] does not
     at org.apache.tomcat.util.digester.Digester.createSAXException(Digester.java:1971)

Environment

Any Data Hub Version, without ECP-3112 patched, deployed on the Tomcat versions mentioned above, and later.
