Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Report Distributor
  2. Create a bundle
  3. Set destination to FTP
  4. Go to FTP Configuration and configure your FTP
  5. Run the bundle and see the error message in Job Status

Cause

The Directory set in Admin > FTP Configuration does not exist and the username may not have permission to create a new folder in the FTP.
The path is case sensitive, so you need to type the exact name of the folder e.g. if the path is "/index/Folder" but you put "/index/folder", the bundle will fail

Resolution

Review the folder name in your FTP and set the exact path (case sensitive) under Directory in FTP Configuration page.
