Error executing the steps for setting up SAP IQ NLS for transaction DBACOCKPIT

When following SAP First Guidance, SAP BW: Implementation SAP-NLS/SDA with SAP IQ 16.0
                 
  3.2.5.6 Setup SAP IQ for transaction DBACOCKPIT

./load_queryplans_content.sh   fails with 
                 
      Error in file "../../scripts/load_query_plans.sql" at line 12
      Table 'ExtEnvResultSet1' not found
