Our Setup for the Pack/Unpack activity PK020 has the following rules: ALLOW_ACTIVE_SFC=NO ALLOW_DONE_SFC=YES ALLOW_INQUE_SFC=NO. Despite these settings it is possible to add an SFC to a container which has not moved to the 'Done' status of the Routing.
