Symptom

  • After upgrading your RTC version to S/4HANA 1709, you cannot see the hierarchies and RTC dimension members.
  • You have implemented SAP 2677320 - BPC: Missing members for compounding
  • You have implemented the note 2433659 and executed R_FCOM_HIER_BUFFER_DEL to refresh buffer for BW hierarchies of InfoObject with prefix /ERP/ but that has not resolved the issue.
