2682732 - No Employees are Displayed in Time Sheet View Although they Appear in Employees View in Time Administration

Your requirement is to view the Time Sheet of the Employees. But the Time Recording view does not show the Employees although they appear in Employees view in Time Administration work center.

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Time Recording view
3. Go to Time Sheet sub-view
4. Show Active Employees
5. Select the link Click here to execute the query
6. No records found

In Business Configuration workcenter, there are many countries in scope, for which the Employees may be hired in system. In Time Administration workcenter, the reason for Employees not displayed in Time Sheet view is because the search for Employees is country-specific.

To view the Employees in the Time Sheet view, you must change the search parameters to the desired country using the below steps:

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Time Recording view
3. Go to Time Sheet sub-view
4. Show Active Employees
5. Select the filter icon at the top right corner of the screen
6. In the Country field, choose the relevant country from the drop-down
7. Select Go

You may also save your own query to filter the Employees for respective countries.
