2682813 - System triggers warning message while checking the consistency of Customer Return Delivery Notification

Warning message appears "Quantity entered exceeds delivery qty for item xx (xx refers to item no) in outbound delivery DEF"(DEF refers to Outbound delivery id)while checking the consistency of Customer Return Delivery Notification KLM (KLM refers to Customer Return Delivery Notification id).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center
2. Navigate to Inbound delivery Notifications View
3. Select Customer Return Delivery Notification KLM
4. Select on Edit
5. Select Check Consistency

A warning message appears "Quantity entered exceeds delivery qty for item xx in outbound delivery DEF"

In the document flow of the Outbound Delivery DEF, you observe that there is a already existing  Customer Return Delivery  Notification NOP (NOP refers to Customer Return Delivery Notification id) associated with Outbound delivery DEF.  Now the Customer Return Delivery Notification KLM  is again trying to start a return, Hence the warning message is triggered.

The warning message is valid and expected behvaiour.
