2682815 - Career Development Planning Isn't Available via Admin Center in SuccessFactors

There is no option for SuccessFactors CDP in the Admin Center drop-down during navigation

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Log into the instance
2. Access the Admin Center
3. Try to choose Development from the module drop down

There are two possible causes:

• The current user logged in does not have the apropriate RBP permissions enabled to see the Development module
• The client currently has CDP lite, which is use via PM forms only, and the full CDP module has not been enabled for the customer

If the full version of CDP has been purchased and enabled, set the correct permissions for the specific user via Role-Based Permissions

OR

1. Contact SAP SuccessFactors Sales to purchase the full version of Career Development Planning
2. Then reach out to your Implementation Partner to have it enabled and the correct permissions for the specific user set
