Can intermediate Revenue Accounting (REVREC) Support Packages be skipped when upgrading to a higher Support Package?

For example, if the system is currently on REVREC 130 SP03 and needs to be upgraded to SP06, is it necessary to upgrade sequentially through SP04 and SP05, or can the system be upgraded directly from SP03 to SP06?
