2682982 - Survey Comments Not Saving

Survey comments are not saving when user adds a comment on it.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Evaluations

1. User completes a course that has a survey to answer
2. Launch survey and complete it
3. Click "Save"
4. Select "Add Comments"
5. Add any comments
6. Select "Save"
7. The "Add Comments" box will change to "Edit Comments"
8. Click "Save" again
9. The comments will not save and the box shows "Add Comments" again

This was identified as a defect by our Engineering team and a fix was deployed on release 1811.
