You have configured an LDAP user store on SAP Cloud Platform but log in attempts fail with the following logs found within the cloud connector

Failed to generate new LDAP context for user *******


Caused by: Failed to connect to ldaps://<AD host name>:389 OR ldaps://<AD host name>:636


Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: <AD host name>:389 [Root exception is Software caused connection abort: recv failed]
