This article explains how to edit the Comments field on the Candidate Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
On the candidate profile, click on the edit field under the Comments section.
After that you will be able to edit the Comments field previously created.
Note: It is not possible to edit the comments field created by other users.
