2683457 - Delegate unable to view requirements of subordinates

Delegate unable to view requirements on learning plan of subordinates of delegator on the "My Employees" tab.

SCENARIO A PRE-REQUISITES:

On the System Admin > Configuration > Global Application Settings, choose the "Selected Permissions"

As the Supervisor make a User as the "Delegate" and only choose the following permissions:

Employee Work Space & Org Chart, Learning Plans for Direct Reports, Deadline Dashboard for Direct Reports

SCENARIO A STEPS:

1. Login as the user and go to Options and Settings >
2. Choose the "Act as Delegate" >
3. Check the subordinates Learning Plan and notice that "Requirements" are not being displayed.

As the Supervisor make a User as the "Delegate" and only choose the following permissions:

Employee Work Space & Org Chart, Learning Plans for Direct Reports, Deadline Dashboard for Direct Reports and

Learning Items

1. Login as the user and go to Options and Settings >
2. Choose the "Act as Delegate" >
3. Check the subordinates Learning Plan and notice that "Requirements" are being displayed.

On the System Admin > Configuration > Global Application Settings, choose the "Predefined Permissions"

SCENARIO B STEPS:

1. Login as the user and go to Options and Settings >
2. Choose the "Act as Delegate" >
3. Check the subordinates Learning Plan and notice that "Requirements" are being displayed.

This is working as expected as confirmed by our Product Management team.

The actual learning plan consists of the items assigned.  Requirements are technically part of the Curriculum assignment, as no items have been chosen yet. This was designed according to the backend learning plan definition.

This is working as designed. If there is a need for Delegate to see the "Requirements" assigned to the subordinates they may opt to:

• Add the Learning Items as part of the Selected permission
• Choose the Predefined Permission
