Symptom
End Users will not be able to view appointments which are older than 30 days in Outlook side panel even though if they are available in C4C application.
Environment
Outlook 2010,2013,2016
Reproducing the Issue
1) Log into Outlook Add in
2) Launch Side panel
3) Search an account in side panel
4) In activities section of side panel, you will not be able to see appointments which are older than 30 days for an account.
5) Go to C4C application in browser and check the appointments for that account, appointments older than 30 days are visible.
Resolution
This Behaviour is expected with Outlook Add in (Web access), currently appointments within 30 days and with a maximum of 100 records will only be shown in side panel.
