2683963 - Not able to Hire employee Error_There was an error for this user while another account was being saved

At the time of saving Add New Employee the error is occurring. "There was an error for this user while another account was being saved"

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add New Hire

1. Add new Employee
2. Select Company
3. Fill the Required details in each page
4. Click on submit
5. Following error occurs:

TIMEANDLABOR_TIME_ACCOUNT_ERROR_SAVING_OTHER_ACCOUNT_OF_THIS_USER=There was an error for this user while another account was being saved.

There are two create statements in the Hire Rule used in the time account type.

1. Go to Manage Time Off Structures
2. Search for "Time Account Type" and the specific time account type being used, example Annual Leave.
3. Check the Hire Rule
4. Ensure the rule used has only one create statement.
