2684020 - Error 'Quantity unit code ABC must be equal to item quantity measure unit' Occurs When Replicating Sales Orders

You replicate sales orders from your SAP ERP system to C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) and you notice that some of the messages fail in C4C with the below error:

'Quantity unit code ABC must be equal to item quantity measure unit.' (where ABC represents the unitCode).

Prerequisites: you have a working integration scenario setup for sales order replication (interface: CustomerOrderReplicationIn).

1. Replicate sales orders from SAP ERP to C4C.
2. Go to the Administrator work center in C4C.
3. Navigate to General Settings > Web Service Message Monitoring.
4. Observe the failed messages for interface CustomerOrderReplicationIn. Some of them fails with error: 'Quantity unit code ABC must be equal to item quantity measure unit.'

This error occurs when the Unit of Measure (which is maintained for a product in C4C) doesn't match with the Quantity unitCode sent in the payload for the same product.

Please, ensure that the product's Quantity unitCode sent from SAP ERP matches with the Unit of Measure maintained in C4C.
