2684290 - Wrong Currency in Accounts Active Pipeline

The currency maintained for the logged user is ABC and the Account Active Pipeline currency is DEF (ABC and DEF represent the currencies).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open an Account with associated Opportunities with status “Open” and “In Process”.
4. The Active Pipeline currency is DEF and the currency maintained for the logged user is ABC.

The Active Pipeline currency is determined by the logged user’s Company currency and not from its Department. If the user does not have a Company maintained in the system, the currency would be USD (as it is the system standard currency).

You can confirm if the employee has a company following the below steps:

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the Users view.
3. Go to the Business User view.
4. Search for the user ABC.
5. Check the information maintained for Company.

This is the expected system behavior.
