2684384 - Time Off Mobile - Cancel Request

When logged in to Android device, we are unable to cancel past dated approved Time Off requests. Delete button "Trash" icon is available, but nothing happens when you clicked it.

For iPAD and iPhone, Cancel Request button is available but nothing happens when you clicked it.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Time Management

1. Log into SF mobile
2. Navigate to Employee's Time Off
3. Select a time off entry which is submitted earlier (past dated) by the employee

For Android, click Trash icon, nothing happens

For Apple devices (iPad or iPhone), click on Edit, select Cancel Request button, nothing happens

Cancel Request is not possible for past-dated leave requests.

Only current or future-dated leave requests can be canceled or deleted from Mobile devices.

This is expected behavior. Should customers want to change, Enhancement Request can be logged.
