2684420 - Object ELEM cannot be transported (Message no. RSO215)

You want to transport query element in BW system. But when you collect the elements, there is a message:

Object ELEM XXXXX is generated, and cannot be transported.
Message no. RSO215

This only happens when:

1. Note 2414973 has been implemented
2. The query element has been edited in Modeling Tool

SAP BW 7.40 and above
